Raving in Wonderland

Although, I won't consider it a "rave", I have actually been looking forward to dressing up this Halloween!

I'm familiar with some of Ronski Speed's music, so I hope that Binary Finary would be just as good.

So even if we already sorta kinda have costumes already, I'm thinking if I should stick to the theme.

.... *yaaaawn~***

Alice

Better!

This!... I love!!! <3>

Thank you, Whitney!

I'm not a fan of mid heels. I think it takes a very, very slim person to look long in these. I notice Whitney Port has been wearing these Loeffler Randall Cut Out Booties.

It's not so pointy. The heels. The style in general is not what I would normally fancy.

Please have a closer look.

So I found these at Aldo Marquee Mall Branch in Pampanga and only for P1200.00! ($ 27.00)
I'm not super happy about the T-Strap, but it works! And super comfy too! *yayyy!*

Its not exactly the same, but the strip of garter adds character to my outfit. Doesn't look like black leather school shoes. I tried Whitney's ensemble, but no pictures. For the price and comfort, I love it! ^_^

Hot or Cold?

Should I attempt to be calm?

Or should I arrange my clutter in way that won't hinder the fire inside me?

I don't know how or when, but soon. Very soon.

On being Japanese

I'm trying my very best to go all out this Halloween and one thing I haven't really tried is Cosplay. Cosplay -- short for "costume play" is a type of art where people wear costumes to act like a particular character. Most popularly from Japanese comics, animations, cartoons and movies. Very popular in Japan.

This year I will attempt be this...

Or maybe this....

One ribbon is a little too much, but 2 ribbons??? The back aaaaand the front???

I'll think about it.

For anyone with costume ideas, please visit Sew Pretty! at 3rd Level, The Good Find, Cash & Carry Mall, Emilia St. cor. SS Hiway, Makati City.

Save the World! Buy Shoes

This generation is the best time to spend. To help boost the economy. There are no excuses to be filthy. We all must spend wisely. I believe people are just as interested in SALEs just as the new arrivals are. Not pre-owned.

I'm ok with UKay, just as long as its not shoes. Yuck.

Does anyone know where I can score the following in 7 1/2?

Very Cool.

Trainspotter (2007) *Drool*

Take a closer look.

Everyone knows that its not having the moolah to buy it now now now... its the quest for the perfect item!

Time for a Facial - - Skin 101

I think this is the 5th time I've ever had a facial in my life. And I must say, Saturday afternoon was a good day to visit Skin 101. The Regular Facial was P200.00, but we felt like we could use something for the oiliness so we had a Seaweed Mask for P280.00. Place was clean, not pricking or crying happened. Just good and efficient service, all for your money's worth.

Skin 101 is my ONLY reason to visit Market Market! And I didn't know they had other branches too. Visit them at:

I tried downloading one DJ Sean Tyas' sets and he's very ok. I expect to hear an awesome set from this New Yorker who's been residing in Switzerland for quite some time now. Kinda mainstream. Not exactly a bad thing, but it would be nice to hear familiar tunes with a different arrangement. Im psyched. *iekkkkk***

Mariah Carey - Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel

As I've always been, what I like, I really like. So when I love, I really love. And i really love Mariah's latest album - "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel".

Not much belching or screeching, and its been so long since I've played an album on REPEAT ALL. It has this sexy gangster feel that makes uplifts me from morning til night.

Here's part of the lyrics from the song "Ribbon":

It's only been 20 good minutes since I kissed you Come back boo, I miss you Wish I had 20 million hours to caress you And undress you, to be continued Boy you, you don't know how it feels when you whisper in my ear Boy you, you give my body chills whenever you are near And boy I got your lovin' on my mind I got your lovin' on my mind You got me wrapped up, packed up Ribbon with a bow on it I got your lovin' on my mind I got your lovin' on my mind You got me wrapped up, packed up Ribbon with a bow on it Wrapped up, packed up Ribbon with a bow on it Wrapped up, packed up Ribbon with a bow on it

For those whod wanna get a dose of girly hits, please check this out. ^_^

Who wants an iPad?

Introducing… The iPad!

Three years after I first held a 1st Generation Ipod, I bought my cousin's 2nd genaration one. This got stolen at MOA in less than 1 month!

I still dont find Macbook amazing, but maybe in 3-5 years, I'll decide to join this iPad fray!

I learned about the ipad this morning through Jesh. The text below came from his e-mail.

The iPad

(The name needs some work, Steve Jobs!)

Today, Apple unveiled it's newest technological creation that is sure to be in the hands of every hipster Mac lover within moments of its availability.

The new device fills the void between the iPhone and laptop, with the design of the iPhone, but the functionality of a handheld computer. Insiders at the demonstration tweeted out the stats about the new device and quoted CEO Steve Jobs as he explained all it's features.

The 9.7 inch screen device will be available in 16GB and 64 GB versions, making it ideal to watch video, read newspapers and browse photos on. The more "intimate" device, as Jobs describes it, is a "dream" to type on with full-size touch-screen keyboard, similar to the iPhone interface. The Apple iPad will have 10 hours of battery life and also have Wi-Fi capability, but no mobile contract announced as of yet.

Those fans of their beloved Apps will be happy to know that all their existing Apps are easily transferable to the iPad and many more exciting ones are on the way to be fully enjoyed on the bigger screen. And for e-readers, The New York Times has already signed on with Apple to create exclusive content, including articles with a newspaper look and play-in-page video.

They also announced the iBook Store, a digital bookstore for the new Apple iPad, which has already partnered with five major book publishers: Penguin, Macmillan, Simon & Schuster, Harper Collins and Hachette.

This thing is going to be HUGE!

Don't U already want one???

Remedy for 2-week Cough

The day I woke up after submitting my enemy to the Lord, was the day my coughing stopped after 2 weeks!

A Chrislike Manifestation for 2010

Few years back til last Sunday, I would always say to my friends that "Intention is more importation than manifestation".
In preparation for the week-long fast, I pondered on this statement. My belief started by thinking, men could open doors and pull out chairs, but that doesn't mean chivalry's not entirely dead.
The motives for these actions are more important that the actions itself. A 12-year old daughter could just miraculously clean her room AND cook dinner, just to ask for an extra P500.00. As shared by Pastor Dennis, politicians have a lot of promises in line with the upcoming election, but then their campaigns could be like a series of Little Red Hood -- wolves telling lies lies and more lies. Intentions are ultimately more important in doing a fairer judgement, but its totally different from the Lord's point of view.
It was only last Sunday that I've thought otherwise. In the spirit of starting the new year right, Pastor Dennis spoke a very simple message about Men's way vs. Gods way at the 5PM service.
He reminded us that our decisions will determine our destination. So I'm very excited with the new actions I will carry out this year for the Lord, because ultimately I know God has something bigger and better in store for me in 2010.
Happy 2010 peeps!
